Fernando Botero: The Master

The Museum of Latin American Art (Long Beach, Califorinia) is honored to present the exhibition “Fernando Botero: The Master”, as part of the celebration of his more than uninterrupted 60 years as a unique creator and fundamental figure of the XXth Century, pioneer of figurative art through his incomparable approach to the exaltation of form, volume, and beauty. The exhibition includes selected works that are part of the MOLAA Collection and Botero's private collection; and stands as an intimate and personal diary that explores the Maestro's artistic creations while revealing his influences, contributions, motivations and working methods.

The exhibition will be on view from October 2022 to March 2023.
